New Team Member Checklist

Complete these steps in order to get set up with Recro COG team access.

Day 1: Account Access

  • [ ] GitHub organization invite - Accept the invite to github.com/recro
  • [ ] AWS SSO credentials - Receive your username from team lead
  • [ ] Configure AWS CLI - Follow AWS SSO Setup
  • [ ] Verify AWS access - Run aws sts get-caller-identity --profile recro-engineer

Day 1: Local Environment

  • [ ] Clone coe-agent repository 
    git clone https://github.com/recro/coe-agent.git recro
cd recro
  • [ ] Install required tools
  • aws CLI v2
  • kubectl
  • eksctl (for EKS work)
  • terraform (for infrastructure work)
  • gh CLI (GitHub operations)

Week 1: Familiarization

  • [ ] Read team documentation
  • This wiki (you're here)
  • Partnership CLAUDE.md files in coe-agent repo
  • [ ] Review SSO permissions - Understand your permission tier
  • [ ] Identify your partnership(s) - Which client work are you assigned to?

Partner Training (As Assigned)

Complete relevant certifications based on your partnership assignments:
